We had initially requested a later start time, but she preferred to begin at 7 AM, which we were fine with. However, she arrived nearly an hour late. The cleaning ended up taking over 12 hours (but we were only charged for 12 hours), despite our original quote of 8–10 hours. This was partly due to her assistant being unavailable, which also led to us having to reschedule our pre-move-out inspection. Additionally, we were charged an extra fee for oven cleaner. I was happy to pay the fee, but I feel that this is something she should have on hand. At the beginning of the job, we noticed she spent around three hours in the kitchen and was working at a slower pace than expected. That said, our landlord confirmed that everything was cleaned well, except for the area under the oven, which was missed.House Cleaning
